Based on conversations with the client, we produce scale sketch drawings of the plot, including the surrounding landscape. This may involve guest cottages, pools, staff housing and integrated back of house infrastructure.
We can also provide you with an option of 3D modelling of your design to get a detailed view of the look and feel
of the design.
County Approvals
We will then facilitate blueprints and oversee planning permissions and approvals.
Project Management
Sala Terrena will manage all material sourcing, locating and managing contractors, quality control and financial management. We ensure the client is getting value for money on both materials and labour.
We source, manage and negotiate with all subcontractors including electricians, plumbers, solar installation and waste management.
Interior Design
Sala Terrena works closely with our sister company Plantation Furniture Ltd to design and install custom made windows, doors and all in house woodwork. This includes beds, cabinets, drawers, railings, wardrobes, barazas, tables, chairs and kitchens. Sala Terrena can also source and include any Kitengela Glass in our builds and work with them to realise your design and vision.
Outdoor Additions
Add an extra wow factor to your home’s exterior by adding a Sala Terrena designed pool, courtyard, water feature, tennis court or petanque piste.
Pool Design and Build
We build pools from design to finish, including sourcing subcontractors for pumps and filters. We also design pool houses, gazebos and surrounding patios to make sure your pool area is functional as well as beautiful.
Renovations and Additions
Sala Terrena can help you renovate and revamp your existing home. We can design and execute a simple restyling with Andy’s signature finishes or a complete reconfiguration of the home. This can involve rebuilding kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and pools.
